1. Scope of Services

• Q&A and Document Review are for general legal information and guidance only.

• Full Representation requires a formal retainer agreement with a licensed lawyer or RCIC.

• No service guarantees outcomes with IRCC or other authorities.

2. Payment & Refunds

• Q&A and Document Review payments are final once submitted.

• Refunds for Full Representation follow the terms of your signed retainer.

3. No Guarantee of Results

• Immigration outcomes are determined by IRCC and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Ask Canada Now and its professionals are not liable for decisions made by IRCC or other government bodies.

• Information provided does not establish a lawyer-client or consultant-client relationship unless a retainer is signed.

5. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

6. Satisfaction

• If you have concerns about your consultant, you may contact the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or LSO.  

7. Records

• We are required under CICC regulations to retain client records for a minimum of six (6) years.
