Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I know if my question qualifies for the flat-fee Q&A service?
A: If it’s one clear immigration question, you’re good. If it’s more complex—multiple parts or documents—we’ll guide you toward Document Review or Full Representation instead.

Q: When will I get my answer?
A: For Q&A, you’ll usually hear from us within 24 hours. Document Review takes up to 5 business days—we go through your forms carefully before sending feedback.

Q: What’s the difference between Document Review and Full Representation?
A: Document Review = feedback only. You fill and file the forms, we check them. Full Representation = we take over: filling, filing, tracking, and dealing with IRCC directly on your behalf.

Q: Are government filing fees included in your prices?
A: No. Fees charged by the government, plus things like translations, medical exams, and third-party services, are always separate.

Q: Can you guarantee approval?
A: No one can guarantee IRCC outcomes—and anyone who says otherwise isn’t being honest. What we do promise is licensed, professional guidance and the strongest possible application on your behalf.

Q: What if I need to correct or add documents after submitting?
A: For Q&A and Document Review, changes after you file fall outside the service. With Full Representation, we handle updates if they’re covered under your retainer.

Q: How do refunds work?
A: Q&A and Document Review payments are final once you submit. For Full Representation, refunds follow the terms of your retainer, based on the work already done.

Q: Who are the experts answering my questions?
A: Licensed Canadian lawyers and RCICs only. You’ll always know who’s working on your file.

Q: How is my information protected?
A: Everything you share is encrypted and kept confidential. We never sell or pass your information to anyone else.

Q: Can I upgrade later if I need more help?
A: Yes. If you start with Q&A or Document Review, part of your fee can be credited toward Full Representation if you choose to upgrade.

Q: Can you help me if I live outside Canada?
A: Absolutely. Our services are online and accessible worldwide—you can work with us no matter where you’re based.
